LendSecured is a Latvian P2P platform focusing on a very important agricultural sector in the Baltics. LendSecured was founded in 2020 and belongs to the group of entrepreneurs Edgars Talums and Nikita Goncars dedicated to real estate development and lending. The team behind the platform has had experience in the field since 2013.

Although the platform is still in its infancy, it is very open as far as the publication of statistics is concerned, as far as it is concerned - in addition to summary statistics, the last 3 months are analyzed in detail on their website .
The platform has a secondary market in its functionalities, but so far there is no autoinvest. All loans are secured with LTV mostly below 50%, but they are no longer secured by a buyback guarantee . Due to the short existence of LendSecured, relevant information on the default rate and the resulting expected real return for investors are still missing.
